With very deep supply chain experience including domestic & international business with many service offerings and cultures, Matt has built strong relationships through his M&A experience including business owners, management and broader teams.
Matt brings robust leadership, commercial expertise and operational experience to investment and M&A scenarios that relate very closely to logistics business owners. He has played many roles in his 30 year career that gives him unique views on assessing value, partnerships, managing risk and opportunities.
Matt’s experience includes:
- Strategic executive commercial leadership roles with direct accountability for the largest and most influential customers at the company
- Key business & strategy roles for 4 successful acquisitions, including assessment, business owner relationships and growth plans as well as integration with a commitment to multiyear CAGR targets
- Led European expansion for 5 years with a growth plan that included acquisitions and organic expansion to achieve profitability targets
- Leadership roles including Strategic Account Manager, General Manager, Director of Trade, Managing Director & Vice President leading growth of a Fortune 100 portfolio
- Responsible for creation and implementation of Go-To-Market strategies within service lines with a focus on carriers and partners
- Designed and implemented new Go-To-Market commercial strategies focused on segmentation and aligning to customer experience expectations
