His distinctive background includes expertise in operational management and a track record of successful merger, acquisition, divestiture, and investment transactions.
Chris’ experience includes:
- Most recently led logistics business as President for 6 years through multiple market cycles with successful outcomes
- Created and led growth strategy and integration process for middle market acquisition, including 5-year roadmap and positive ROI achievement
- Has reviewed thousands of logistics M&A deals, including hundreds of executed LOI’s with deeper processes
- Successfully sourced, negotiated, closed acquisitions with integration plans for 17 logistics deals
- Focus on private transactions with a large mix in the lower and middle markets
